Neo Prop Shop is a prop and costume fabrication studio for cosplayers, collectors, and productions. We build screen accurate props, armor, and helmets from your favorite films, shows, and games, plus original pieces designed from scratch.
What We Make
We work in armor, helmets, non-functional weapons, gadgets, gizmos, and set pieces built from rigid materials and finished to hold up. If a piece needs to be sculpted, printed, pulled on a vacuum former, cast in resin, or painted to match a reference, it lands on our bench.

Replication is our craft. We study reference closely and match shape, finish, and detail as far as the source allows. Some pieces are sold as kits in the shop. Others are one of a kind commissions built around your character, your scale, and your budget.

We made our name in the Star Wars costuming world, where our Boba Fett kits have a strong following. That reputation came from caring about the small things most people never notice, and we bring the same attention to any character, prop, or original idea you bring us.

Neo Prop Shop is a women owned and LGBTQ+ owned studio based near Cincinnati, Ohio. We ship across the country and work with clients anywhere.

Our goal is simple. We want to grow into a full effects and fabrication studio in the tradition of the shops we grew up admiring, the ones that built the props and costumes you remember from your favorite films. Every kit and commission we take on is a step toward that.
